Things To Know About "Torrenting" !

Hii readers, I am Sangam and today we are going to write  something about Torrenting  The term “torrent” refers to files shared through a decentralized, peer to peer (P2P) sharing network. P2P file sharing allows users to exchange files without uploading these to a server. The term may also refer to the file name extension or metadata that tells trackers—programs that coordinate the transfer of torrents—where to get torrent files. Working of Torrent Torrenting doesn’t depend on a centralized server for storing files. Instead, bits of data from individual large files are saved in participating computers (peers) in a network (swarm) to facilitate the file-sharing process. A P2P communication protocol like BitTorrent breaks down the files into pieces and moves them from uploaders (seeders) to downloaders (leechers) via a torrent client (a separate program that reads all the information in the .torrent file and connects users to exchange data). Modi Government Failure's Part -1

Hii Readers, I am sangam and on Weekends blogs I am Going to write Something on Modi Government Failure's which is totally My opinions : 1. Education Sector : Cut down in Education Budget The budget allocation for education completely punctures the tall claims and propaganda of the BJP. Its election manifesto had reiterated the long-standing demand for spending six per cent of the GDP on education. The actual outcome, however, has been in completely opposite direction. Public spending on education by central and state governments combined come to only 2.7 per cent of the GDP (as of 2017-18 budget estimates, according to the Economic Survey 2017-18). The rate of increase in budgetary allocation for education ever since the BJP came to power has not even kept up with the rate of inflation in India. The central government’s budget allocation for education has declined sharply as percentage of both the central budgetaryexpenditure and the GDP Education must create minds free from super

Hii Readers I am sangam So let's starts today's topic " Pursue Two Degrees Simultaneously " Here is a good news for all the college students. To ensure the best carrier opportunities for the students, the University Grants Commission has set up a panel to examine two-degree programs simultaneously from the same university or from a different university.  What Officials Said? As said by the officials, the University Grants Commission has its nod to this decision. Now, the students have got the permission to pursue two degrees course in the same stream or a different stream simultaneously as per their choice. But, if one course would be carried out through regular college, then the other course can only be pursued through online distant learning. As there are attendance issues and maybe the time of one lecture may clash with the other, the commission has decided that two-degree courses will not be carried out regularly.  AS STATEMENT PASSED BY THE UGC SECRET

Role of Game Changer "Artificial intelligence " in Corona Pandemic

From its epicenter in China, the novel coronavirus has spread to infect 414,179 people and cause no less than 18,440 deaths in at least 160 countries across a three-month span from January 2020 till date. These figures are according to the World Health Organization (WHO) Situation report as of March 25th. Accompanying the tragic loss of life that the virus has caused is the impact to the global economy, which has reeled the effect of pandemic. Due to the lockdown measures imposed by several governments, economic activity has slowed around the world, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has stated that the global economy could be hit by its worst growth rate  since 2009. The OECD have alerted that the growth rate could be as slow as 2.4%, potentially dragging many countries into recession. COVID-19 has, in a short period of time, emerged as one of the biggest challenges to face the 21st century world. Further complicating the response to this
